Train for Change is a training series for people looking to go after that personal record, try a new event, or set a goal to do something different! Whatever your level of fitness, ALL ARE WELCOME! There is a Duathlon, Triathlon & Half Marathon Training Series available throughout the year for you to choose from, all commencing by completion of an All Sports Production Race (eg, Iron Pig Duathlon).
Food 1st Fitness certified coaches will program weekly training plans to help you meet your goals to be ready on race day!! Additionally, there will be 1-2 clinics scheduled for each training program. They will be discipline focused, so be ready to swim, bike or run!
